Our products can be called copies only nominally, because they are made from the same materials as the original, which means that the care rules must be appropriate, namely:
1. To maintain the shape of the bag, it is necessary to use special pillows, which are usually made for each model; inflatable bags are also suitable;
2. The bag must be stored in a dust-proof cover away from direct sunlight;
3. If there is even the slightest dirt, you can wipe it with a dry or slightly damp towel, do not rub the skin vigorously. If the dirt is stubborn, it is better to contact a specialist;
4. Avoid contact with sanitizers, water, selective perfumes, alcohol on the skin and accessories. In cloudy weather, be sure to use the raincoat included in the kit;
5. Do not overload the bag with things, otherwise it may become deformed over time, use organizers;
6. Timely restoration of corners by professionals and care of the bag will allow you to preserve the original appearance of the product for longer.

When creating Kelly Mini 20 bags, we use only hand-stitched materials, not machine stitching. We use only 100% genuine HERMES materials—original French HAAS leather, Fil Au Chinois threads, and Lin Cable—and RiRi hardware, which needs no introduction. The mirrored hardware is plated with 18K gold, rose gold, or palladium. The time it takes to sew a product depends on the complexity and workload of the production facility. Bags made of ordinary leather are made from 27-33 days, from exotic from 35-45 days. We remind you that this is not a machine stitch, but completely hand-made.
Delivery time to Moscow is 10-12 days, in case of customs delays the period may be increased to 10 days. Delivery to other regions and countries is carried out by a transport company of your choice. In such cases, delivery times are discussed in advance.
